Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony is at Cave Spring Vineyards, Beamsville Ontario.
When arriving at Cave Springs, drive past the tasting room and head towards the camp area at the back of the estate. Follow the signs for the wedding site.
Where is the reception?
The reception is at the Inn-on-Twenty in Jordan Village. There will be lots of signage, hard to miss.
There is a large parking lot next to the Inn, as well as plenty of street parking. Parking is free!
The reception is across the street from the Inn, above the restaurant.
How do we get from the ceremony to the reception?
The reception is dry, so we recommend driving yourself to the ceremony, and then to the reception afterward. The drive is ~10 minutes and is very scenic.
If you require assistance with transportation between the vineyard and reception, please let us know when you RSVP.
There is some downtime between cocktail hour and the ceremony. Feel free to enjoy the Cave Springs tasting room on the vineyard, or entertain yourself in Jordan Village.
What is there to do between the ceremony and reception?
There are ~1.5 hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour. It only takes ~10 minutes to drive from Cave Springs to Jordan Village, so take some time to enjoy the vineyard tasting room or any of the other wineries along King Street.

We would recommend limiting your adventures to one vineyard if you decide to do a tasting.
You can also do some light shopping in Jordan Village, which boasts high fashion shops, art galleries, cafes, museums, and more!
What is the dress code?
Cocktail dress or formal is recommended.
Please avoid the following…
- Ladies, don’t wear white.
- No jeans, please.
Only the ceremony will be outside, the reception will be indoors with very good air conditioning.
What’s the bar situation?
It’s paid for, so use it! Help yourselves 😀
The bar will be closed during dinner, at which point it will be open pour wine.
We’re serving a very nice unoaked Chardonnay and a smooth Cabernet Franc. Both are from Cave Springs Vineyard.
After dinner, the bar will re-open until midnight!
